WEFCL, sometimes pronounced - Whiffckel - is a co-ed youth football and cheer league.  We are located in Shenandoah County, Virginia.  

 Our goal each and every day is to provide an opportunity for all eligible youth to grow and develop through the core values expressed in our programs: structure, discipline, character, leadership, respect, responsibility, teamwork and sportsmanship.
